1. How to set time
- To set the time, pull the crown out two clicks and turn clockwise to set desired time.
- To set the date, push the crown in one-half click (you will feel it move and slightly click), then turn the crown counter-clockwise to see the date start moving.
- Another option to change the date would be by changing the time until you reach the accurate date.
2. Warranty
Your Paraverne watch is warranted for 24 months from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.
For warranty repairs, the defective watch must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via support@paraverne.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.
Battery changes are not considered a warranty repair service.
Please note, your warranty does not cover:
• Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
• Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and aging (i.e. scratched case or crystal, alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic straps).
• Paraverne watches serviced by non-certified repair staff (e.g. for battery replacement, service, or repairs).
Your invoice which serves as warranty receipt should be shipped along with your watch. Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty but is available for a reasonable fee.

3. Product claim
As an important part of our value chain, we offer a 30-day return policy. You will receive a refund once the product has arrived back at our warehouse and we have assessed its condition (in original packaging with all components and accessories included). If you would like to request a return for your timepiece, please fill out the form here so our support team could send you further instructions.
Shipping costs incurred during the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

4.Exchange for different piece
Within 30 days of receiving your order. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in mint condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange it for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund you the difference for lower-priced items and bill you for the difference for a higher-priced product.

5.I have received different product.
We ask all customers to check your original orders and compare your product against the website when you receive it. If you believe you received the wrong item, or your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can work with you to correct the issue.
6. How much is shipping?
Shipping is based on country, where watches will be delivered

Watches are shipped into all countries of the world from Cetral Europe.

10. Can I exchange my order?
In case you have done your order, but you change your mind, contact us here: support@paraverne.com.
11. Are there any fees?
From our side NO. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Paraverne cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. In countries of EU there should be no fees.
